Train for strength and power at Precision Fitness' and MissFit's Kettlebell Bootcamp, the premier opportunity for kettlebell instruction on the Peninsula. Attend bootcamp and we can guarantee consistent progress and improved sport-specific movements. You will master fundamental lifts such as the Swing and Turkish Get-Up and gradually apply these skills to more advanced drills. Sign up for one to three mornings per week. Beginners welcome.
