Take the challenge! Train for strength and develop power at Kettlebell Bootcamp, the Peninsula's premier opportunity for Kettlebell instruction. Join Precision Fitness and MissFit for this specialized course and master fundamental moves such as the Swing and Turkish Get-Up, two full-body exercises that will also improve any sport-specific training. Once secure with these basics, you will apply these skills to more advanced lifts.
We strongly recommend that you sign up for one or two private sessions to learn the basic moves and get you ready for Bootcamp.
Requirements
Yoga mat, towel, water, flat-soled shoes, such as Chuck Taylor Converse, Adidas Samba, or Puma Driving Shoes. (You can also exercise barefoot.) General fitness shoes such as cross-trainers or running shoes are not appropriate for Kettlebell training.
Participants must bring their own kettlebells. Please use the table below to select a weight that matches your fitness level.
