WHO WE ARE:
Heidi Lindström-Gomez
I’ve been a fitness enthusiast my whole life. I began ballet at age 2 and continued through my teenage years as well as being involved in gymnastics. I was surrounded by professional athletes all my life. My mother was a long distance runner, my grandmother was a swimmer, and my grandfather a sprinter. My paternal grandfather was a featherweight boxer who inspired me in my youth.
I picked up my first Kettlebell in 2009, while dating my now husband, who is SFG II and CK-FMS. He inspired me to take my passion to the next level, and soon after I became SFG certified in 2012.
Being a mother and stepmother of five, I know firsthand how challenging life can be. Living a healthy lifestyle as well as finding time for an effective workout can be difficult. I have found Kettlebells to be both challenging and highly efficient. I have obtained strength I once thought impossible as well as increased flexibility, stability and mobility. By combining healthy eating and a consistent exercise regimen, we can lead a long, and healthy lifestyle.
